1. Formation of the Contract
The contractual relationship between the Client and WatsBridge shall be deemed formed upon the earlier of (i) first use of the Services or (ii) completion of a payment transaction.
2. Pricing and Modifications
Pricing applicable to the Services shall be defined on official pricing pages and may be modified at any time without retroactive effect.
The Client is solely responsible for reviewing applicable pricing prior to use.
3. Wallet — Legal Nature and Restrictions
The Wallet constitutes a limited, non-monetary, non-transferable, and non-redeemable access mechanism strictly tied to the consumption of Services.
It shall not, under any circumstance, be interpreted or used as:
- electronic money,
- stored value,
- a deposit,
- a financial instrument,
- or any regulated monetary asset.
Credits confer no ownership rights, do not bear interest, and may not be exchanged, refunded, or converted into currency, except where required by mandatory law.
4. Non-Refundability and Economic Allocation
The Client acknowledges that the allocation and consumption of credits correspond to immediate provisioning of resources and third-party costs, including messaging, infrastructure, and system capacity.
Accordingly, all payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Payment Obligations
All payments are due immediately and must be completed through authorized payment providers.
Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension of the Services.
