ONBOARDING LEGAL ACCEPTANCE

1. Explicit Acceptance Requirement

Access to the Services is conditional upon explicit acceptance of all applicable legal documents, including but not limited to:

  • Terms of Use
  • Terms of Sale
  • Privacy Policy
  • Data Processing Agreement

Acceptance must be provided through an explicit action, such as checking a dedicated box, and cannot be inferred or pre-selected.


2. Traceability of Acceptance

WatsBridge shall record and retain evidence of acceptance, including:

  • timestamp,
  • IP address,
  • version of the legal documents,
  • user identifier.

Such records shall constitute legally valid proof of acceptance.


3. Marketing Compliance Acknowledgment

Where marketing or communication features are used, the Client must explicitly acknowledge its responsibility to:

  • obtain valid user consent,
  • comply with applicable regulations,
  • respect opt-out mechanisms.

4. Refusal or Withdrawal

Failure to accept legal terms shall result in denial of access to the Services.

Withdrawal of acceptance may result in suspension or termination of the Services.
